ENERGY STAR® Dishwasher

Commercial dishwashers are among the highest energy users in a commercial kitchen. There are several categories of commercial dishwashers: low or high temp, undercounter, stationary or conveyor. Some of the models on the market burn more energy than others.
Gazifère offers $100 in financial assistance towards the purchase of an ENERGY STAR® low temp multiple tank conveyor commercial dishwasher, and $400 towards the purchase of an ENERGY STAR high temp stationary commercial dishwasher.
You can purchase these dishwashers from a company that sells commercial kitchen equipment and is licensed for natural gas appliances.
WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
This financial assistance program is for you if you own a restaurant and your water heater runs on natural gas (rate 1).
WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO?
STEP 1: SEND US YOUR PRE-ADMISSION FORM
In order to receive the financial assistance offered by Gazifère, you will need pre-admission approval before the appliance is installed.
STEP 2: OBTAIN GAZIFÈRE’S APPROVAL
Gazifère will confirm receipt of the pre-admission form within 10 working days. Gazifère processes pre-admissions on a first come, first served basis, and depending on the availability of funds.
STEP 3: ARRANGE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW APPLIANCE
STEP 4: SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
You must include the following two documents:
- The technical data sheet of the appliance
- The invoice for the purchase of the appliance
The invoice must be dated in the current year. The model number of the installed appliance and the date of installation must be indicated. The date of installation must be later than your pre-admission.
