ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE
By using our automated service to access your account from your telephone, you will be able to access the amount payable on your bill, your billing date and last payment date, as well as the payment deadline and amount of the last bill at any time.
Please note that our telephone access to your account will be unavailable from 5 pm on Friday, April 19 to noon on Monday, April 22. We apologize for any resulting inconvenience.
To access your account through the automated service, please dial 819 771-8321. From the main menu, select option 3.
For personal identification purposes, please have your 20-digit account number located at the top of your invoice. You will also need to provide your date of birth comprised of eight digits (the first two being your month of birth, for instance February would be 02, the following two digits represent the day, and the last four digits are your birth year).
