    All customers at the same address are jointly and severally liable for the full payment of the invoices on which they are identified by name. Important! When you change your address, your account number with Gazifère will also change. Your new account number will appear on the first bill mailed to your new address.

    In order to complete the registration process, you will receive an email from Gazifère within a few weeks containing an activation link to your Customer Centre. Until you complete this step, you will not be registered for online billing. You will also receive a second e-mail from Gazifère containing a user name and a temporary password to access your Customer Centre. To change your password, go to the "My profile" section.
