Make it easier for yourself! Sign up for Gazifère’s My Account to access several useful online services. All it takes is a few clicks to sign up for online billing or for the Pre-Authorized Payment Plan.
To sign up with My Account, make sure that you have your 20-digit account number on hand. You will find it at the top of your bill and on the payment slip. To sign up for online billing now, please click here.
MY ACCOUNT : MY SERVICES ONLINE
By choosing online billing, you will no longer face postal delays and will no longer need to worry about filing paper bills since an electronic version of your bill will automatically be archived and be easily accessible. Each month you will receive an email informing you that your bill is ready to be viewed in the Recent bills section.
Please note that My Account online and telephone access to your account will be unavailable from 5 pm on Thursday, January 9, to 12 am on Monday, January 13. We apologize for any resulting inconvenience.
Pre-authorized Payment Plan
Make it easier for yourself! When you sign up for our Pre-Authorized Payment Plan* (PAPP), the full amount of your natural gas bill will be withdrawn each month from your bank account on the payment due date.
It only takes a few seconds to sign up, and then you can save yourself the cost of mailing or late payment. If you have not signed up for e-billing with Gazifère, you will continue to receive your monthly billing statement by mail. You may also cancel at any time without incurring any cancellation charges.
To sign up for the Pre-Authorized Payment Plan, select that option from among the online services under My Account.
*Please note that if you are currently enrolled in the Budget Billing Plan, you must contact Gazifère’s Customer Service at 819 771-8321 (option 6) to complete your registration to the Pre-authorized Payment Plan.
