Make it easier on yourself! Sign up for Gazifère’s Customer Centre to access several useful online services. All it takes is a few clicks to sign up for online billing, change your profile, view your last transactions, choose a payment plan or submit a meter reading. Through the new Customer Centre, you can also compare your consumption history for a given period in the current year to that same period in previous years. That way you can track the results of your energy saving initiatives!
To sign up for Customer Centre, make sure that you have your 20-digit account number on hand. You will find it at the top of your bill and on the payment slip. To sign up for online billing now, please click here.
CUSTOMER CENTRE : MY ONLINE SERVICES
By choosing online billing, you will no longer face postal delays and will no longer need to worry about filing paper bills since an electronic version of your bill will automatically be archived and be easily accessible. Each month you will receive an email informing you that your bill is ready to be viewed in the Recent bills section.
